These terms and conditions contain provision by way of indemnity and exclusion and limitation of liability in favour of the port which undertakes no obligation to effect insurance (and makes no charge for insurance) in relation to the customers, their employees, goods, plant or vessels or liabilities.
Customers are therefore advised to effect insurance themselves. Where inconsistent with any other terms and conditions previously applying or understood to apply between the port and a customer these terms and conditions will prevail.
