This form must be completed to ensure that all commercially operated craft within the jurisdiction of the Port of Sunderland are properly registered and compliant with the Port of Sunderland Commercial Boat Registration Scheme, in support of the Port Marine Safety Code (PMSC).
To be completed by Agent/Master and returned at least 24 hours before ETA (with updates as required).
All pleasure boats and small commercial craft must be registered with port by filling in the form below.
